Overview

What it does.

A radiator is a simple thing that fails in expensive places. Generator jacket water, compressor oil, hydraulic circuits — the core is rarely the costly item, but the plant it sits in usually is.

We build replacements to the existing core dimensions and connection positions, so the new unit drops into the frame the old one came out of. That matters when the original supplier is gone, the model is obsolete, or the lead time on an OEM part runs to months.

Where the original design was the reason it failed — fin spacing too tight for the dust, or a core too thin for the duty — we say so and quote the change rather than rebuilding the same problem.
