How we approach it.
Most plant does not fail suddenly. It degrades — a fouled coil here, a slipping belt there, a control loop that someone put into hand two summers ago and never put back — until the running cost has quietly doubled and one hot day tips it over.
Planned maintenance catches that drift. Scheduled visits against an asset list, with condition recorded each time so trends are visible rather than rediscovered at the point of failure.
When something does fail, we answer around the clock across the Kingdom. And where plant is working but inefficient, an upgrade is often a better answer than either repair or replacement — new drives, better controls, or a coil change can move running cost materially without touching the rest of the system.

Do we have to put all our plant on contract?
No. Contract the critical assets and call us reactively for the rest if that suits you better. We would rather cover what matters properly than everything superficially.
What does 24/7 actually mean?
A phone answered by someone who can dispatch an engineer, at any hour, across Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Makkah. Response times vary by location and are agreed in the contract rather than promised generically.
Will you service plant you did not install?
Yes — most of it. We survey first so the schedule reflects the plant’s real condition rather than an assumed one.
